Château de Rully - 1st Cru La Bressande 2012 - Antonin Rodet
Antonin Rodet operates the estate of this former 12th century fortified town, emblem of Rully and property of the same family since its origin. 32 hectares of which one third in 1st Crus, 80% in white. Rully is a communal appellation with 23 climates classified in 1er Cru. Whites spread over 224 ha (59 ha in 1st Cru) and 133 ha for reds (37 ha in 1st Cru). The name "Bressande" could come from "the land facing the Bresse" or may refer to land that had belonged to a Bressan or had been cultivated by a Bressan. The monopoly La Bressande represents 2.60 hectares.
