In 1976, Gerard Gelin, son and grandson of winemaker bought "Clos des Nugues", that's where the name of the Domaine comes from. In 2000, he joined forces with his son, Gilles Gelin, to continue the development of the farm. In 2008, he retired and gradually transferred the entire estate to his son and his wife Magali.
