Miraval Rosé - Coast of Provence 2016
TERROIR Miraval rosé comes from the best vineyards of the château, benefiting from its own valley in the heart of Provence, as well as a selection of vineyards in the best terroirs of Provence. The soils are clayey-limestone, partly in terraces of an average altitude of 350 meters. The cool climate for the region and the wide variations in temperature between day and night ensure perfect balance in the wines. VINIFICATION The grapes are mainly harvested in the morning, then sorted and scrapped. Direct pressing for Cinsault, Grenache and Rolle. The Syrah is vinified by bleeding. Vinification in stainless steel vats, under temperature control (95%) and in barrels (5%) with stirring.
