Color: Pale straw yellow with lemon green reflections. Nose: A Koonunga Hill with an assured elegance. The fresh fruits are both captivating and seductive: white fruits with kernel, grapefruit, kiwi, citrus fruits. The subtle nuances of nougat and white flower complexify the structure of the aromas. Palate: The purity of the fresh fruits invades the mouth, with particular emphasis on the citrus spectrum (lemon, lime). Refined acids play a key role in creating a mineral texture as well as an incredible identity and length. Stable and balanced.
