She won several times the prize "Alambic d'Or", the most important event organized by the National Association (Italian) of the Grappa Tasters. In 1977, in the region of Venice, the Distilleria Bottega is created, fruit of the marriage of Aldo Bottega and Rosina Zambon. In 1983, at the premature death of her husband, Rosina finds herself in the leadership of the Distilleria and will direct her until her death in 2008, enabling her to achieve international recognition.
