Location: Valle de Uco; Vistaflores, Canton of Tunuyàn. 120 km south of Mendoza. Climate: Continental with low rainfall Altitude: 1100 m. Area: 325 ha planted, on the 850 ha of the Clos. Plot size: from 1 to 3 ha. Density: 5500 feet / Ha. Size of the vine: double guyot. Conduct of the vine: Vertical trellising, green harvest, leaf removal. Irrigation: Computer-controlled drip irrigation. Yield: 34 Hl / ha. Sorting: Double manual sorting (pre and post scrapers). No crushing. Conveying: By gravity only. Without pump. Vinification: Cold pre-fermentation maceration with carbo ice. Daily reassembly: one and a half times the volume of the tank, at the beginning of fermentation, and half at the end of fermentation.
