The 2016 Mont Perat Blanc has a more austere bouquet than its peers, quite backward with gooseberry and light smoky scents. The palate is simple and balanced, easy-drinking in style with a soft nectarine and orange rind finish.

The 2016 Mont-Pérat Blanc offers lovely textural richness and depth (from the presence of Sémillon) yet remains gracious, light on its feet and medium in body. Yellow orchard fruit, lemon confit, chamomile and white flowers grace the soft, open-knit finish.
