Bright golden tinged yellow. Subtly complex aromas of exotic fruits, baked apple, pear and vanilla. Ripe, sweet and fruit-driven but with sound acidity balancing the rich vanilla infused tropical fruit flavors. Finishes ripe and quite long, but with good acid lift. One of the more successful young Mont-Perats I can recall.
