Castle Rahoul - Graves - 2015
At Château Rahoul, the first buds appeared around April 10, in normal dates on this soil of sandy gravel. The first warm and sunny weeks of spring activated the vegetation; the flowering, very homogeneous took place under ideal conditions. Thanks to the remarkable weather that the region has enjoyed throughout the season, sanitary conditions have been maintained. The growth of the vine slowed a little in July. The whites, on cooler clay soil, benefited largely from the mild temperatures of August: picking started on 27 August with an early plot of sauvignon, then harvested in several half-days until 15 September from grapes to the perfect balance.
