The 2021 Mont-Pérat has a very tight bouquet, just a very slight herbaceous note that is nothing to get too worried about. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannins, moderate depth with a bit of hardness on the finish. I think it should soften by the time of bottling, but give it a couple of years.
