Spritueux Discovery Pack - Lindrum and Don Papa
Lindrum: from "Lìn" (glacial wind) and "Drum" (hill) in Gaelic. A "Multi-single" 12-year-old haute couture: single blended malt from 12 cups from 12 single malt distilleries. Production limited to 15,000 bottles per year with numbered bottles. The year of bottling is mentioned on the label. This whiskey is refined up to 12 months in barrels of Loupiac of Château de Ricaud. Don Papa: Don Papa Rum was inspired by the story of one of the little-known heroes of the Filipino revolution: Dionisio Magbuelas, better known locally as "Papa" Isio. First of all, a sugar cane plantation foreman, Papa Isio - a healer, a shaman, a seer, a rebel, and the head of a group of babaylanes (people preach to nature) - played a key role during the revolution Filipino society of the late 19th century. The spirit and leadership of Papa Isio played an important role in the liberation of Negros from his Spanish hold, leading to the final independence of his beloved country, the Philippines. Don Papa Rum embodies the spirit of independence, contestation and the sense of justice of Papa Isio.
