Côteaux du Layon 2016 - Castle of the Roulerie
The Château de la Roulerie is located in the commune of Saint Aubin de Luigné (49190). Its current configuration dates from the late 19th century but its origins date back to the 14th century. Today it has 42 hectares (about 30 chenin and 12 cabernet francs) planted, for the most part, on shady slopes. The philosophy of this field? Respect for ... the land, the history, the men.
